Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery for US orders typically takes 7–20 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier location, and carrier.

Multiple Packages

If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages and at different times, as they may ship from different supplier partners. Please don’t be alarmed — your full order is on its way.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delays & Exceptions

Baby Glow is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
